Sciences Po DSA Systemic Risks Project
Focus
-
We focus on monitoring and evaluating systemic risks associated with social media in the EU. We specialize in dissecting the intricate framework of systemic risks, in order to propose operational frameworks for the evidence-based assessment of specific risks . We analyse how regulated companies define, prioritise and address risks and consider what factors influence these decisions.
-
-
We evaluate the effectiveness of the DSA's provisions on research data access. . We aim to formulate frameworks to articulate and justify researchers’ reasoned data access requests in the light of data protection and trade secrecy considerations.
